David M. Greeley represents franchisors and franchisees in arbitration and litigation disputes and advises franchisors and franchisees on a variety of issues that arise in the course of the franchisor-franchisee relationship, such as franchisee’s post-termination obligations under a franchise agreement, compliance with the California Franchise Investment Law and California Franchise Business Relations Act, enforceability of noncompete provisions in California and other jurisdictions, and trademark and trade dress infringement.  Mr. Greeley is outside litigation counsel to one of San Diego’s largest franchisors.   Mr. Greeley is an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising, having attended the annual conference the last five years, and has attended the annual International Franchise Association conference the last two years.
